COLLECTION OF INTRO LETTERS Date : 31 Mar 2016Dear Members, INTRODUCTION LETTERS TO AFFILIATED/RECIPROCAL CLUBS We have received complaints from Members that reciprocal/affiliated clubs do not entertain fax/photocopy/hand-written introduction letters and cards. Members are advised to present the original copy of the Introduction Letter from the club to avoid any inconvenience during their visits to reciprocal/affiliated clubs. As such, please be informed that with immediate effect, Introduction Letters will ONLY be issued by the Membership Department. Introduction cards will no longer be used. Please approach our Membership Department at Dataran or contact them via email (mship@rscweb.org.my / pam@rscweb.org.my). You also get in touch via telephone during office hours to request for the Introduction Letter prior to your visit to the Reciprocal Club. Please make arrangements with the Membership Department to collect your Introduction Letter from the Front Office counters if you want to collect it after office hours (from 5.30pm to 10.00pm) either at Kiara or Dataran. Our Membership Department’s operation hours are as follows:- Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm We seek members’ cooperation and understanding on this matter. Thank you.
